With the help of God and the blessing of H.G. Bishop Ioan Casian, the Romanian Orthodox Bishop of Canada, the pilgrims who have come to the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and St. Ephraim the New Monastery in Mono have enjoyed the presence of the holy relics of few popular saints having the opportunity to venerate them: St. John Maximovici, St. Nectarios, St. Nicholas and Sts. Epictet and Astion.

Bishop Ioan Casian, Rev. Fr. Viorel Țencaliuc - dean, Rev. Fr. Vasile Aileni and Rev. Fr. Emanuel Ionut Țencaliuc performed during this period the service of the Vespers and the Matins, the Acathist of each of the saints and the Divine Liturgy in the period between July 2th and 8^th at the monastery asking the help and the blessing of the saints for the monasteries and parishes of the Romanian Orthodox Diocese of Canada.

The Exaltation of the Holy Cross and St. Ephraim the New Monastery from Mono has been in existence for several years near Toronto and has a project to build a monastic complex - church, trapeza and monk cells, bell tower, an altar and a pavilion for summer events.
