VIDEO

St. Nicholas and St. Prophet Elijah Tesviteanul Parish in Port Kells / Surrey (British Columbia) appeared at the initiative of the priest Corneliu Iulian Dragomir. In March 1998 the parish was officially registered, and the liturgical and pastoral activity began.

At the end of 2002, the parish acquired its own place of worship by purchasing its current location in Port Kells, Surrey / Vancouver, British Columbia.

The church received the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Nicolae, then archbishop, through the service of the Lesser Blessing of Waters and officiating of the Divine Liturgy on March 9, 2003.

Since then, several works and modifications have been made to bring the place back to the traditional form of an Orthodox Church. (more details at: http://www.snicolae.org)
