Reverend fathers and dear faithful,

We gladly invite you to participate, on May 6 and 7, 2022, at the celebration of the 5th anniversary of the inaugural Congress of the Romanian Orthodox Diocese of Canada and of the enthronement of its first hierarch, His Grace Bishop Ioan Casian.

The religious service will take place at St. George Diocesan Cathedral, 2000 Boul Marie, Saint-Hubert, J4T 2B1.

The anniversary program will include:

           Friday, May 6

               6:00 pm - Vigil (Vespers and Matins)

           Saturday, May 7

                9:00 am - Hours and Akathist

               10:00 am – Divine Liturgy

               12:00 pm - Te Deum

                1:00 pm - Festive Agapa (Plazza Rive-Sud, Héron Imperial,

     500 Ave du Golf, La Prairie, J5R 0A5).

This event is also an opportunity to support through voluntary donations the programs and initiatives of the Romanian Orthodox Diocese of Canada in the fields of administration, education, missionary, youth, etc., therefore please email the invitation to the faithful in your parishes and to all who wish to attend this important event for our diocese.
